The payments from your customers will be transferred to you on the 1st and 15th day of each month. To ensure that all payments related to the days before those dates are available for the transfers, remember to claim them via the app right after each appointment.
Once claimed, the payment is being collected from the customer by our external payment provider (Stripe). This process takes up to 7 days. Once collected, the funds become available and are ready to be paid out.
Please double-check that your bank details are definitely correct on the app before claiming your first payment to avoid any undue delays.
