  • The booking can go ahead
    • I do not have symptoms of Covid-19 and neither does anyone in my household
    • My customer does not have Covid-19 and neither does anyone in their household
      • If neither you or your customer have any symptoms of Covid-19, the booking is permitted to go ahead only if the cleaning and hygiene tips outlined here are met with


  • The booking cannot got ahead 
    • I have Covid-19 or someone in my household has Covid-19 - this includes any mild symptoms 
    • My customer has Covid-19 or someone in my customer's household has Covid-19 - this includes any mild symptoms 
    • Please note that failure to comply with government guidance is breaking the law
