When you log into the Helpling Partner app, you can view any of your currently outstanding offers.
In the ‘Offers’ section on the app you will find your ‘Selected Offers’ . These offers can be accepted and won immediately. ‘Countdown Offers’ can be opted into. If the customer selects you as the winner, you will get an automated email confirmation a few hours later.
At the bottom of every new request, you get to ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ the offer. Please let us know why you’re rejecting a particular offers so that we can improve how accurate your future offers are.
