Let the customer know of the damage as soon as it takes place and also contact Helpling to let us know what exactly happened. 

All the providers who work via the Helpling platform are covered by Helpling's liability insurance which covers damages above €500 (the current exchange rate will be used to evaluate the amount in pounds). Damages below the €500 need to be resolved with your customer directly. Please contact us if you are struggling to communicate with the customer on the matter.
